While sessions with an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist can accelerate an individuals change and healing, there is no such thing as a one off session to create lasting change.

This is why I have created packages that are great value for money as each and every treatment plan is tailored to meet the objectives and goals of the client.  I encourage individuals to contact their benefits/insurance provider to discuss whether Clinical Hypnotherapy with an ARCH registered therapist is covered. Some insurance providers will allow health spending accounts to be used towards the cost if you are not directly covered. Payment plans can also be discussed.
